Sea World of Ohio
Conveniently located between Cleveland and Akron, the park is easily accessible from Ohio Turnpike exit 9, 13, 13A and Interstates 271 and 480.
One die depicts Shamu & Namu (two killer whales), another depicts two sharks. Both dies read "Sea World of Ohio." Other designs include: Cartoon Shamu (v), Dolphin Cove (h), Emporer Penguin (v), One Dolphin (h), Pirates (h), Sea World of Ohio (h), Shark! (h), Two Dolphins (h), Walrus (h). Also one design which commemorates the new Pirates 3-D movie.

Center is located at Cleveland's North Coast Harbor, right next door to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The Elongate machine is located in the gift shop. Admission is not required to enter the gift shop. The machine is against the back wall, near the check-out counter. It is a manual machine with a hole punch attached to it.
