Words & Pictures Museum Celebration of Heavy Metal Magazine 20th Anniversary -- Commisioned especially for the 20th Anniversary Celebration hosted by the Words & Pictures Museum in Northampton, Massacheusetts, this elongated was given out to visitors at the museum in November 1997. It is only available directly from the Words and Pictures Museum.
